These terms govern the use of the CrackAndReveal service, published by EI Meidy BAFFOU (SIRET: 80473268300045), accessible at crackandreveal.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in their entirety.

CrackAndReveal allows you to create interactive virtual locks protecting content (text or link). Creators share a link or QR code; participants solve the lock to access the content.

Registration is free and requires a valid email address or a Google account. Each person may only create one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You agree to:

• Use the service in compliance with French law
• Not publish illegal, defamatory, hateful, violent or pornographic content
• Not attempt to bypass the service's security measures
• Not use automated scripts to test codes in bulk
• Not impersonate another person

Any violation may result in the suspension or deletion of your account without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you create and hide behind your locks. CrackAndReveal does not claim any ownership rights over this content. However, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit and display this content as part of the service's operation.

• Maximum 60 locks per account
• Rate limiting: 10 verification attempts per minute per IP address
• The service is provided without any guarantee of availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance.

CrackAndReveal shall not be held liable for content published by users, nor for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

CrackAndReveal is designed for games and entertainment. It should not be used to protect sensitive or confidential information.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deletion results in the removal of all your locks, content and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

CrackAndReveal reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris, France.
